Every time people fail to cancel asks on gap up days - or undercut the ask already achieved during the day - MM ASCM will undercut it with a token 10K.
This has wasted 4M in buying power already in the first 1.5 hours and enabled people to get cheap shares they would otherwise have been forced to pay .01 > .0120 for.
People need to pay more attention to Level 2.
