Well, I received my answers from my Paulson rep. He reminded me I am under an NDA and as such I can't divulge his comments accept what is public knowledge. Cyrus came to CYDY knowing about the hold, but did think it would be a reasonably definable task to fix. As this has not happened it's worth noting Cyrus's comments in a CC that the path forward will be a oncology company for which there is no hold. Same is true for NASH. I am not convinced the share price would move as we hope with the removal of the hold looking at the pre-hold share price. The big move will be in the announcement of a partnership or any other relationship with oncology or NASH Big Pharma. No information regarding this is known by anyone I know of. I am still very hopeful but a little shaken by the recent share price. GL to all of you longs.
