The markets made no big deal out of the Cyprus BS.  If the Cyprus deal stands, the super rich win again as they have most of their in land, stocks and bonds and brokerage account cash, none of that is going to be taxed.  So, if this is a sign of coming transactions, stocks could soar as a safe haven, how sick is this world that banker greed has come to this??
