Stop guessing and wondering. Go by facts
Company wrote the article and submitted ("paid-for" to publisher. All content is the responsibility of the author/wizard. Company has the responsibility/liability to proof any content before it is published. Furthermore, the company hasn't had the b@lls to explain the inaccurate part of the same article. enough said
Yes sir, until the company explains why they misled investors over 5 years ago with this published garbage piece below. There's no arguing the words "its" and "build"
https://www.globenewswire.com/en/news-release...nge-I.html
Sun Pacific Power Corp. build s competitively priced "Next Generation" solar panel and lighting products in its eight world-wide manufacturing and assembly locations , five of which are in the United States.
Total bullsh#t that misled investors
Thanks for bringing up 2016 and 2017. SPP wasn't part of Snpw. LOL
Do the due diligence and you'll see where SPP filed to go public in 2015 but company bailed out with its application after doing peanuts of reported revenue and suffered losses on the books for its first few years. So bring in into the newly named Snpw public company 2 years later and tout SPP to be some worldwide solar panel manufacturer. WT#?
2016 10-K (AS AN INHERITED PIZZA BUSINESS - 2016 and LIFESTYLE FITNESS CLOTHING - 2017).LMAO!
Revenues $1,252,675 $3,202,908
Cost of Revenues 750,802 1,244,771
Operating expenses: 2016 2017
Wages and compensation 569,609 1,005,684
Professional fees 332,142 110,326
Loss from operations (930,910) 2017 (1,443,376) 2016
Horrendous company track record in all types of businesses for over 15 years.
in my humble opinion
cheers

Again trying to mislead. Company did not authorize or had anything to do with what written in that rewrite of the original article.
Sad part is you know that as the original story was linked to the article.
