they only want drugs that create other complications that need still more drugs (to sell to the richest people in the world). and they also want to ensure that no poor countries approve effective, cheap, safe alternatives to their approved marginally effective, expensive, dangerous little time bombs.
"shit countries" -trump- could easily make billions by allowing medical tourism and fair use of experimental drugs with a signed waiver. but that is impossible because the FDA is worldwide all powerful and feared more that any nuclear weapon.
