I agree that CA can improve his communication skills and give us more clarity on how we need to proceed, however nothing he says will shut up the shorts. They're here for a reason and will just pivot with their false claims and made up facts. They're not going away, which is why we have mods on the boards. Fortunately, IHang allows us more flexibility with removing their posts than other chat boards that only restore them after they're deleted.
