DEI personally I prefer my Investment Banker to go by the Performance of the individual Co/Stock rather than how many Black, White or Brown people work there and if the straight to gay ratio is up to someone’s perception of correct. My Opinion is too many people have Confused the words “Equality” and “Equity”. Personally I’m rooting for EQUALITY!
