I suggest that everyone visit the IFlub board, click on Pbags sticky, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and report the sticky as a TOS violation.  Please do this as soon as possible.

When you report the sticky as a TOS violation, note that it does not fall under the forbidden subjects listed.  Instead, list your reasons why this is okay as an opinion, but not as a sticky.

HIMR is actively reducing their share structure according to all public press releases.  Therefore the dilution stated in the sticky is false.

HIMR produced a prototype TigerLynk system, and tested it extensively.  HIMR is also building the AR-120 at present (show a link if you have it).

HIMR is partnered with NorthCal Wood Products, so this certainly indicates that HIMR is not a scam as the sticky states.  And, NorthCal recently made a parcel of land next to NorthCal's facility available to HIMR so they can move their corporate headquarters next to their facility.

NorthCal is working with HIMR to guarantee a market for all timber HIMR recovers.

I am certain one can think of more, but I think you understand the importance of reporting this false information.
