Not only is Dr Dalton CEO and Chairman of Univec. He is also majority shareholder and controlling shareholder. Those last two are not equal. Controlling shareholder gives him control to do whatever he wants with his company regardless of shareholder input since he has majority voting power. That being said he has a fiduciary responsibility to Univec’s shareholders regardless of personal interest. So I believe as all that eventually something will happen but for now it seems we will have the same repetition of certain statements and phrases which I think is a way of keeping all eyes on the prize as work continues to be done to get to his end game. No one knows what this endgame is, or when it will come to fruition. Almost certain it’s not this month.
