I was reading 10-12G was automatically takes place after 60 days. after filing
Doc could still merge companies in UNVC while waiting. I just was making a point Nasdaq could be working on the application. While 10-12g was being processed.
The merger would have to come first before anything else. Hope Doc has something to report in Q1 results
