My response from Sean of which I am thankful for his quick reply. Arstegall received very similar reply to very similar quesitons:
1. Completion rig is scheduled to be in place and to complete the Brown well on Wednesday. It had an inspection/maintenance scheduled that tied them up, but I've been told that the rig will be there for sure this Wednesday. We are using a contracted vendor for that one so they call and tell us what's happening and they told us they're coming on Wednesday.
2. I believe someone posted my reply on investorhangout. It's not a terrain factor -- I misspoke when someone asked me about that. Its more of a rig-size vs. well depth factor. They don't want to bring in Rig 7 (which is a huge rig) if they believe it will be utilized somewhere else for a deeper hole. We talked to them about projected timelines and projects and they are looking into whether or not a better rig would be used based upon scheduled inventories. Its more of a cost-benefit trade off too. It's all a big working project and this is only a small part of the larger project so of course we're calculating expecting drilling timelines into this whole thing.
3. It all factors into the scheduled Mitchell wells. We are expected to hit that number if the wells are completed before 3/31/2013. Right now, they're projected to be done exactly on 4/1/2013, so we're cutting it close, but TECO will hopefully hit that number around early/mid April on a worse-case timeline scenario. It's only been a month since the Q&A, but in that time we've drilled a well, in the process of drilling one in Belize, and we're beginning to drill 2 more wells in Texas. So all-in-all, we're working on getting the BPD up ASAP!
