I agree, the object was to keep us and all therapeutics out of Covid. The entire DOD Rapid Pandemic Response, I read the draft, doesn't even mention therapeutics, it is all a vaccine approach to a biological attack. The miscalculation that Fauci made was anti-vaccine movement, for other reasons, and then the variants.

So we were dead in the water after April 2020 even if God had been at the helm. The HIV was a response to NP/Amarex and they probably wanted us to be successful in late 2019 with HIV and we screwed that up. I think HIV will be lifted and we will get the deserved BLA, that's why they asked.
