Apparently it goes into effect tomorrow. Earlier FINRA showed it going to effect today and I know I didn't read it wrong because I went on think or swim and it showed no quotes for EGOCD and now it does.

So FINRA adjusted it.

Either way it's going to happen a day earlier than expected.
