Good morning ! I think if I were using E-Trade I might consider going with a different broker. Who knows though. Maybe E-trade is under policy requirements concerning "fronting shares", ,, maybe what was discussed earlier about Nasdaq up listing requirements and the need for the real hard shares and docs to be present rather than just electronic shares in order for them to up list is one possible reality here. There could be something to that. Time will tell and the roll out of the new EGOC is definitely finally under way.
