lol. they are posting to EDGAR via filings, but the shares are not registered. So the postings are moot.
They need to re-register the shares via Form 10, or else apply for alternative filer on OTCIQ.
I think the will eventually figure it out. OTCIQ. Hightly doubt we see a Form 10 there. Idiots in charge.
