I get your frustrations and your points.  But I have to take exception to one thing.  "All of the sudden..brokerage"  From what I understood and heard on the conference calls was that was part of the plan from the beginning, get and start TA and find a brokerage firm.  Mr. Dwyer has been saying that from day one.  The Delaware thing is new, but I am encouraged by that.
