SNPW 10-ks
The old ones
I see a deal made with RI Transit which operate for a few years
I see a deal made with the City of Tallahassee which is still on going
I see a deal made in Australia with Reeau and Aspire and deals made with Atlas and Geopath that have yet come to fruition
I see negotiations with the City of West Warwick for over 2 years which resulted in their approval of the Medrecycler-RI project pending RI-DEM approval
I see working with RI-DEM over a two year period which resulted in a letter of Intent to approve" after it final review,
I see the "intent to approved" over turned not by the science but by a new law targeting the process.
I see them partner with with SEDI to build a Solar Farm in Durango Mexico, and while NMC is and has been ready to start SEDI isn't
I see a CEO that has put a lot of his own money into the company and took a salary based on the success of the company.
True, none of the above resulted in much revenue but that was not the result of the lack of hard work, dedication to the projects and determination of the CEO. He tried they didn't pan out as projected and instead of keep kicking a dying horse he is taking the company in a different direction.
Newer ones 10k
-I see a CEO that reduced shareholder liability and deficit from over 9 million to 117 thousand.
- I see a CEO that reduced the Weighted Average Shares Outstanding - Diluted from 1,116,837,697 to 974,953,335
- I see a distribution agreement with a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, FoxEss
- I see where that subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, FoxEss made the company a global partner
- I see a partner ship with Marine Battery to service FoxEss products distributed by the company
- I see a partnership with PT.IDN Solar Tech to use their solar cells to help the company have its own brand of solar panels.
- I see a partnership with PT.IDN Solar Tech to help the company build and operate a US Solar manufacturing facility
- I see where the company was rated a A Grade investment by independent underwriters
- I see the company consolidating by eliminating non active subsidiaries and non profitable partnerships.
- I see the company forming a new subsidiary Elba Power Corp and taking the company in a new direction
- I see the company in contract to purchase 2251 Curtis Road Elba AL for 2.9 million dollar
- I see the Sate of Alabama approving an inducement resolution for $50 million dollars and a 100% tax abatement on sales and use tax
Will this project produce revenue?
Only time will tell, but one thing we do know from previous 10ks is the CEO is dedicated to try to make it happen even if it take a few years.
