Sounds like an appeal will happen. But only time will tell. When it actually happens let me know and I will fact check your facts yet again… since you pull information out of the air on non governing boards that lack the authority to make these calls. This most likely will end up in states highest court. Maybe the nations. But to say it already happened is a little premature.
