$$$$$EGOC(D)$$$$$ What's all the buzzzzz about?
This post is put together for any new eyes that may drop in. It gives a brief history (albeit a little rough around the edges) of EGOC over the previous few months. A lot of this is opinions and my opinions so do your own Research and DD please!
Well , for starters the recent/current stock price had been beaten down over months as some investors began to think that there wasn't anything of real substance to EGOC(D) and some of those investors got tired of waiting for the reverse merger to take place. On top of that many were shouting from the roof tops that it is hopeless and all over for EGOC(D) and that EGOC(D) was nothing but another typical "Chinese fraud" and thus they encouraged many to panic sell their shares.. Big mistake,,, huge mistake in my view.
EGOC(D) was silent for a while and it appeared that there was a possibility that they would not get current on their obligations of filings along with the fact that they were running out of time to meet regulation deadlines to fill the shell with a company. Again many were shouting and encouraging investors to sell because EGOC(D) was a scam or a fraud and was going to vaporize at any moment. Some even shouted that they filed complaints and suggested that EGOC(D) was part of some criminal thingy along with anyone that believed in them and this also added to the decline of the Price per share. Not to mention this also had a chilling effect on anyone that might have anything good to say about EGOC(D) Many sold for a LOSS as a result of all of the above. Yet another big mistake,,,huge mistake in my view.
EGOC(D) announced a reverse split and a few more investors jumped ship because they were told all reverse splits result in disaster for every share holder in EGOC(D). This coming from the same people that had been shouting the sky is falling and encouraging panic selling for months.. The selling for a loss continued with of course the added encouragement to do so. Yet another Big mistake,,, huge mistake in my view.
EGOC(D) became current in their filings and also met regulation deadlines in filling the shell. Both critical items were completed and kept EGOC(D) from being moved to the dreaded "expert market" as so many were saying was inevitable. At this point in time a few investors that sold for a loss due to the massive efforts to frighten investors that had been at play for months began to understand that they were duped into selling their positions.
EGOC(D) did the reverse split and contrary to all of the shouting about how reverse splits will cause the end of the world for all EGOC investors it started to become clear to see just what a huge buying opportunity and how ultra cheap the price was for EGOC(D) shares. The Price post split opened higher than pre split prices and clearly has been steadily climbing.
EGOC(D) put out a press release that added a lot of great information concerning bringing in more companies and entities under the EGOC(D) ticker along with a previously undisclosed ENERGY type of entity that has been collaborating with the Chinese state owned power companies and that press release let us know more information about their game plan going forward. (Press release dated April 18, 2023 LINK BELOW) The price per share has been steadily rising since initiating the reverse split . The current Prospects are looking excellent for EGOC(D). EGOC(D) has their first quarter report due out on May 15.
This is just a brief history of the last few months and it is a condensed version for sure. Of course all just my opinions and do your own DD and research and you decide. We all decide what to invest in and it is crucial that you go with what you know and not what others think they know. Sadly opinions tend to be motive generated all too often. My opinions have always been positive EGOC(D) and I have never wavered or flip flopped on my views about EGOC(D) since I started investing in EGOC(D) a couple of years back. I am satisfied that my choice in buying EGOC(D) shares has been a wise decision and I am comfortable buying and holding shares long term here. If at any time I believe EGOC(D) to be something other than what I believe them to be and as a result I change my mind about their future prospects I will be man enough to admit that I have been wrong. At this point in time I don't see that happening! Happy hunting and enjoy the ride!!
