I contacted Ic punch inc and spoke with rachel Ramos and reported about TD ameritrade refusing to sell Pnch shares. She said she will inform Mr. Samblis right away and contact me again. TD ameritrade did this to me and my son about 15 minutes ago saying they would execute sells for Pnch but not buys due to a DTC chill and not recommending to their clients to purchase Pnch shares!!! Unbelievable tda would do that! We would move rest of money to Etrade instead but takes a few days to do that and we don't want to miss out on buying these dips with the rest of our available money on TD ameritrade.
