EGOC This is a reverse merger (Lazar play) that started a couple of years ago and is just now taking off. Current filings recently plus shell status and just did a reverse split with a low 4.4 mill float. company filled the shell and just came out with a press release. Good stuff. Chart is going straight up on little volume . check it out.
