China has been under a lot of pressure internationally for depending upon dirty coal (not clean coal) So I am betting under their current leader they have some serious money and commitments going on... that weixin link shows or implies these clean energy mandates are now happening.. EGOC/Pangbo Group. soon to be a common name..The Next Baidu? His hair is still perfect by the way., lol
