If this merger or whatever it is was going to be something substantial, we wouldn’t be sitting at .10 pre-split and we wouldn’t have done the reverse split.
As you know the stock market screws individual investors and someone (market makers or institutions) is always in the know even if news was not out.
The European company is probably that company that was mentioned previously ( I forget the name) but I went on their website and it doesn’t look like much.
