IMO, VERB can deal with the hornets. It is the bears that come steal the honey without paying for anything that is the problem. VERB, along with several other small cap companies are going after the bears to flush them out. When changing a CUSIP, it would be like removing the trees from a forest to find the bears. One of the reasons it takes a few days to account for the new shares when changing CUSIP is because all the real shares have to be accounted for (remove tree by tree). Any remaining shares after converting all are only fake shares that were illegally created and must be bought at market prices. Will be fun to watch the next few days.
