I found your & chiro's posts from last night interesting. There are a few schools of thought. Can he be doing the nasdaq uplist behind the scenes via book value of the mergers or will be merge everything publicly soon and then hold a high value during the application.

It's over my paygrade but I still expect good things before end of month.
