This goose is nowhere near golden...but rather cooked.
Time has been running this company down with failure and after failure for over two years now. The wizard boxed himself into a corner by playing games using twitter, behind the curtain, trying to keep company wearing solar conglomerate makeup, instead of getting in the game and generating revenue to pay some bills.
Now you have meaningless property purchase agreement hanging out with an expiration date on it. Then NO loan anywhere to be found being backfilled with ceo's side company, funding a few sales people's efforts, after showing $4,300 per month in revenue during the 3 months of Q4 2022.
The end game hiring who knows who to sell solar batteries and various OEMs solar panels. After delivering 3-4k per month of advertising revenue across hundreds of bus benches and dozens of bus shelters.
Throwing more and more $ into the fireplace every day.
