It's about the perceived probability of monetizing the asset and what it will cost to do so.
We have significant debt and it's gonna take time. Management is doing the right things to move forward but there's still a big hill to climb. Maybe we'll be able to tunnel through with a partnership or money from Amarex but there's no reason for the wider market to bake that into the share price yet. Each investor decides whether they see a sizeable opportunity or not.
NAK is a small mining company that's sitting on a potential $500 billion plus mineral asset, possibly the most lucrative undeveloped mining claim on the planet, but they are trading at half our market cap because they've been blocked by the EPA and thwarted by environmentalists. I'm not saying to buy NAK, it's very, very, very much a longshot, just that price does not equal potential.
