Gotta say, Sean does respond quickly.  That is his job, but I mean it was literally 15 minutes from when I sent it till he got back to me. 

There is less and less doubt here about TECO.  Now we just need one of the three drilling projects ongoing to start the ball rolling, if two of them come in any combination, we should be off to the races, if all three hit, think of igniting liquid oxygen!
