Wizard to coward waiting til 11:59pm after a 17 day extension to file a 10-K... 106 days after 2022 year end.
That should tell you alot about the 1 employee's concern, for shareholder's benefit, while running a company off the cliff ...and more and more every year after.
What's to hide? Maybe everyone's asleep but me and the SEC? SEC must read the tweets too. lol
