LOL.. what exactly is "the back office team"? That sounds like a made up make believe run around response if I ever heard one.
I think if I received a response like that I would look to move my account somewhere else and while doing so I would ask that the " back office team " handled the transfer of all of my account to a more front office team oriented kind of broker. Just sayin. lol
