I am not sure that we have any idea when the hold will be lifted. I agree that without a catalyst we will trade sideways for a while. Cyrus seemed uncertain in his delivery and was definitely shaken by the hold not being lifted. He was anticipating this to be a 6 month issue and now we wade into an uncertain time line.

I like the idea of pursuing all fronts on the items he listed at the same time. Once the NASH protocols are outlined and submitted, this will be a catalyst. I also expect Amerex settlement to be announced soon. (wish I could define that.)

Our cancer data should also be released according to my Paulson rep who has not returned my calls. Might be on suicide watch. The FDA has certainly kicked the ball away from us for now and my hope is they don't throw the HIV data out for some obscure reason. The molecule is what is needed for so many conditions.
