So, has this been ruled a Ponzi scheme yet? Because if so, apparently we can deduct the losses as Casualty losses?
The lawsuit filed seemed to suggest a Ponzi-style transfer of funds from naive investors to themselves and their friends/family. Any conclusions reached?
