Maybe the immune responses make perfect sense, but our lifestyles (too much sitting and always using the car or comparable vehicles), diet (regular combinations of preservatives, sugar, alcohol and so on) and trained as well socially expected behavior patterns (being forced or deliberately chosing to regularly deal with people one hates, fight or flight - good luck with that) aren't appropriate?
