NO I Absolutely did not benefit snpw shareholders.
No benefit to shareholders when separate entity formed (Medi-Ri) as controlling entity for the project after Medrecycler gave up 51% of the projected (b.s.) profits. One might recall a shareholder lawsuit over that event? Must not have benefited those shareholders. lol
Then after p#ssing away 9 million on the project...Medrecycler LLC ended up with 20% of the net profits in exchange for housing equipment and some other b.s.
Then it was denied became owned by snpw ceo and no longer part of snpw. That must have been some settling of matters (see filing).
Shareholders did so well. LOL
