That's true. Lee Brain is still a director. The rest are 'former'.
It would be interesting to hear Lee's story. My guess is that by now, Lee realizes he's never going to see a dime of his loan, repaid to him. I don't know what transpired for Mr. Heddle to convince Lee and the other director, Jason Aspin, to loan the company money, but I'm convinced that both directors were misled by Mr. Heddle.
From what I know about Lee, he's stubborn, and that cost him a lot of money with PTOI.
