Umm...forget about MedRecycler LLC?
What a bad road to take. Maybe someone forgot about Medrecycler LLC (snpw subsidiary) having to step aside (snpw bad credit) for TOMATO Medi-Ri (subsidiary of Medrecycler LLC) to get approved for a bond. Now, ask yourself where Medrecyler LLC and Medi-Ri are today? DID THAT benefit SNPW shareholders?
Please don't forget snpw deconsolidated TOMATO Medi-Ri from its financials[/b] and took a 3 mil write-off and then ended up in snpw ceo's hands (check Ri SOS website) as its new ceo. DID THAT benefit SNPW shareholders?
Think about the convenience of TOMATO EPC becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary (as a "power plant" not solar panel plant) and then the details of the TOMATO EPC corporate structure (profit sharing agreement?) show up in some filing. Then someday might not be a snwp subsidiary any longer for non-performance quotas/payments due.
Have a nice weekend.
in my humble opinion
cheers

What ever revenue that will be produced from Elba Power Corp though Sun Pacific Power corp will be consolidated into SNPW's financials and will benefit SNPW shareholders.
