I had forgotten you had met Keating and mentioned Elite specifically. I think that is awesome......my sense is it will still take Elite getting an Abuse Resistant product on the market before Elite starts to get noticed further. I realize if Elite partners with say Actavis that will start the ball rolling.

The real potential here is with this next Eli 216 Patent....and Elite's IP and the implications here should the Stopp Act be written into law. Most generic companies will need to license other companies Abuse Resistant Tech. Then Elite will be able to put out Branded Abuse Resistant Opioids plural and generic companies will not be able to make similar Andas as Elite's tech will be under patent protection.
