Starting to scratch my head...
Talked to youngest son. He pays 3k a month rent and utilites for a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Grand Rapids MI... INSANE
Yet there are 1000's of homes for sale in a 50 mile radius ...Market is flooded... INSANE
People are working help wanted everywhere...
Something is going to POP....SOON...imho
