boy, that was rough. to say that call was worse than expected would be the understatement of the year. Cyrus was visibly rattled - never heard him sound like that. i felt bad for him, and almost wanted to say "welcome to my world brother - i've been living here in CYDY-land for 7 years!"

the FDA is clearly jerking us around, and has moved what seemed to be clear goal-posts to get this hold lifted. Really pisses me off - and i have to wonder if it is hangover for the dumpster fire that was Nader.

to be clear, there was no way the hold had been lifted and they sat on it for 5 days - i knew that. but i never expected there would be no clarity or even have a ballpark estimate when all of this new BS will be complete - at least in the past there was some confidence communicated about the discrete follow-up items.

sorry to be a downer, but my gut is that we have a lot of wood to chop to get this hold lifted - i'm hoping it's this year. I'm taking the ticker off my phone and taking the Summer off
