The Arbitration was to decide liabilities on both sides....shoddy work casts a cloud over NSF/Amarex and therefore payment for services became questionable....the hesitation in payment to Amarex was simply a function of Bad performance...equates to non-payment...they didn't see it that way of course.
Arbitation was simply a function of a previous arrangement...The fireworks haven't really started yet....that's when SA employs the Howitzers...
