That would be my understanding which may be the reason for the disccussion here. Why does the FDA want to see a future trial protocol before lifting the hold on HIV if the hold is about safety only. Overkill?, intentional blocking? or relating to past bast BLA still being in play? Really don't know and hope Cyrus can shed light on this.
