Just take a look at the last filing (Q3 10-Q) from 5 months ago, on November 14, 2022, to get an idea just how bad 2022 10-K could look.
Don't expect to see a tweet with any link to the 2022 10-K on the company's twitter page. Twitter is only for information the company wants to inform shareholders about...NOT what's to the benefit of the shareholders.
