i dont belive he is stalling as others might percieve this as it appears. yes it ws officially announcd a year ago but using sm to remind people is a good idea and to hint these people are going to be actively taking over. whether a stall tactic or not still gives doc the month of April to announce news etc. Q1 should be revealing..hopefully we get that soon within the 45 day extension window.
