From an investor's standpoint, 40 million seems very inadequate for years, and years, of unusable data. That would let Amawrecks off easy. Additionally, that would assign 50% of the blame on Cytodyn. To me, 40 million would be just another kick in the groin. I'm sure that would not come with a reasonable explanation, on why they (current management) would think that is an acceptable amount. Personally, I would like to see an amount that would punish Amawrecks, for their part in the fraud. Just sayin!
