I'd have to think any type of CYDY "partnering" with Merck would have to be announced publicly as it would absolutely affect the stock PPS.
Now if you asked if CYDY had science folks who had connections at Merck who unofficially advised CYDY in how to help move things forward with the FDA, that wouldn't surprise me.
