Maybe MGK_2 can post the transcript again from Jonah Sachs’s prezie during the January ‘23 SAB CC.
My favorite part was concerning Receptor Occupancy in the macaques. After AAV delivery, RO was high, then it fell by day 7, I think. But surprise! After say 9, I think, it was very high again. So some immune reaction was temporarily occurring. But then self-corrected. Very small N of subjects. But IMO. A type of holy grail in this HIV cure project.
