Why keep barking about a case from 3 years ago. Let it go. It's all available in the 25 page complaint online. Everything posted is publicly available information. Don't shoot the messenger over simple character and trust concerns. Although, the anniversary date is coming up soon.
Now, more importantly, where's the loan?
How's twitter doing with helping hype up the building purchase agreement story? Maybe call the mentor and ask to have an 8-K filed before everyone figures out that it means nothing?
