No one said anything about a QP today. But since you brought it up, in general companies do not publicly discuss details about what happened in the last Q until they release it to the public in a quarterly or annual filing.

Since we do not know what Doc will say or when he will say it we are speculating. Doc has never discussed details so he has not broken any QP.
