So here’s my take:
I think we have a partner or partners already waiting for other indications. (Cancer).
It makes sense to wait for the hold to be lifted to avoid any possible further delays with the FDA. (We don’t want a roller coaster SP now do we?)
We want to move on. It may also be that our partner wants this done first too. Their investors can be extremely confused on why they’re partnering up with us if they don’t do their DD.
Why go in with a couple of catalyst only to have this one looming or interpreted as negative? Or for a “Leronlimab statement” to be on the Google page when people look it up for newbie investors?
It’s better to get it out the way, then immediately sign your CMO; promote a CEO or Cyrus, start the trial, or merge / buyout.
I know there was a lot of talk about why SK was on the team for a while, but I’m assuming he had to be there to show the new people the ropes within the company. …When you transition to a new team, that’s a must to keep speed as fast as possible.
I’ve had some thoughts about what the 6th document actually means too, but that’s just 100% pure speculation on my part since none of us know. So I won’t even bother.
I just know that I feel like a high school kid who knows he has a great “A+” essay in hand but it won’t be accepted until it’s in MLA format.
Damnit, cite your sources too.
(It’s a gut feeling but I’m sure we checked all the boxes)
