Please read it a little slower

SNPW has one employee. Correct Maybe check the PPP paperwork, filed by the company, to support 6 employees?
Please provide link where it states Medrecycler-RI has one employee? Medrecycler-Ri has nothing to do with PPP (not PPA)
Read this again. I'm done trying to help with this subject.

Quote:Sun Pacific Power (applicant), wholly owned by Snpw. Maybe ask the ceo what 6 people were "employees" (no ineligible contractors) during the PPP eligibility period
Sun Pacific Power Corp is a corporation located at 215 Gordons Corner Rd Ste 1a in Manalapan, New Jersey that received a Coronavirus-related PPP loan from the SBA of $35,905.00 in April, 2021.
The company has reported itself as a White male owned business, and employed at least six people during the applicable loan loan period .

15.Question: Should payments that an eligible borrower made to an independent contractor or sole proprietor be included in calculations of the eligible borrower’s payroll costs?
Answer: No. Any amounts that an eligible borrower has paid to an independent contractor or sole proprietor should be excluded from the eligible business’s payroll costs , except for fishing boat owners as permitted by PPP interim final rules. However, an independent contractor or sole proprietor will itself be eligible for a loan under the PPP, if it satisfies the applicable requirements.
in my humble opinion
cheers
